Business Care
$35/device/mo
Minimum 3 computers ($105/mo). Pay yearly and get 2 months free.
Ask about Business Care- 1 hour of remote help per device each month, pooled across the office

How the limits work
- Remote sessions are 30 minutes and don't roll over.
- Going over your sessions is billed at the remote-help rate minus your plan discount. Business Care overage is $40/hr.
- Discounts apply to labor only, not parts, travel or the plan itself.
- A device is a computer, phone or tablet. Extra devices are $5/mo ($50/yr). Home printers and routers are covered free.
- Plan visits are travel-free in Westchester. Everywhere else, the normal travel fee applies.
Plan terms
- Monthly plans: cancel anytime. No refund for the current month.
- Yearly plans: we refund unused months (yearly price ÷ 12) minus the regular price of visits and installs already used. Refunds never go below $0.
- Sessions and hours don't roll over.
- Price changes start at your renewal, with 30 days' notice.
