How it works

Ask for help
Send a remote help request or book a time. We text or email you when we're ready to connect.

Install RustDesk
It's free and works on Windows and Mac. On a Mac, allow Screen Recording and Accessibility when it asks (System Settings → Privacy & Security).

Send us your ID and password
Open RustDesk. It shows your ID and a one-time password. Reply to our message with both, and we connect.

Watch us fix it
You see everything we do. Close RustDesk at any time to end the session.

Stay safe
We never call you out of the blue to ask for access. Only share your ID after you asked us for help, and only reply to messages from neoworksco.tech@gmail.com. If anyone else asks to connect to your computer, hang up.
